In-Plant Training - Modern Foods enterprises Pvt. ltd - Bangalore

• Conducted quality checks on Raw materials, Water, Finished goods, Packaging materials and maintained comprehensive documentation of all the results. Shelf life analysis of finished goods to ensure product safety and stability and quality throughout its intended shelf life. Calibration of the PH meter and water activity equipment.
• Technically skilled in Conducting rheological and quality testing of flour using Farinograph, Alveograph, SD Matic, Falling Number, Glutomatic and Texture Analyzer during in-plant training.
• Understood quality control measures and food safety practices and industrial hygiene standards, GMP, GHP and HACCP.
