• Maintaining the case files of the patient nearly with all the necessary case paper, investigation Reports and billing card etc.
• Send Updated billing Cards to the billing department on the day of Discharge
• Prepare the billing of discharge patients
• Aware of department performance, Objective and carry out data Collection/support in data Collection
• Explain the discharge procedure to the patients and follow up with doctors for discharge summary.
• To initiate the discharge summary as per doctors order
• Update all registers concerned to my role and participate and contribute in departmental Quality initiatives.
• Record the discharges with remarks any in the MRD Folder
• Collect and Dispatch Blue Folder from the medicals records
• Coordinate with other department in attending to the patients Need
• Collect the investigation reports and referral to concerned consultant

• Maintained Accounts ledger of customers and all tally related entries
• Maintained proper cash book and vouchers
• Payment Follow up from customers and plan them to suppliers
• Generate and maintain employee payroll as well as billing
