My role is to handle the incoming and outgoing Calls. Greeting the Customers. I'm a believer that the customer comes first and not to take their complaint personally. Listening to the Customer is the key to health conversation.
Maintaining the registers. Keeping the Reception area clean and tidy. Checking the stock of the stationary items. I have basic knowledge of Computers (Ms Word & Ms Excel), Handling Cheque's, Cash and Card Machine.
I have done my FYBcom from University of Mumbai.
