After successfully completing my LLM (Corporate, Commercial & Securities Law) degree from NYC, USA, I am eager to resume back to work. With an extensive background spanning 11 years in the legal field, I have gained valuable experience as a corporate in-house lawyer for 6 years, practiced for 2 years in the Bombay High Court, and worked as a paralegal for 4 years. Additionally, I hold a BLS. LLB. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai University.
I have recently completed my LLM (Corporate, Commercial & Securities Law) in NYC and I am looking to resume work. I have 11 years of legal experience, including 6 years of in-house corporate profile, 2 years of High Court practice, and 4 years as a paralegal.
Being a seasoned in-house counsel, I have represented companies in a wide range of matters, including contract management, data privacy & protection, policy compliance and redressal, dispute resolution, M&A projects, and regulatory compliance. Providing guidance to group companies/ subsidiaries and senior management. Additionally, my resume illustrates my expertise in corporate litigation and liaising with government agencies and outside attorneys.
I have handled data privacy matters and resolved issues pertaining to the same. I am currently also studying for my CIPP/US and CIPM certifications.
