Having 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and 2+ years of ServiceNow Admin experience.
Good Experience in Configuration and customization in Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
Modules in ServiceNow.
A strong understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management), and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) with good exposure to the functional and technical design of ServiceNow.
Good knowledge of SLA Definitions & configuration, Email Notifications, Report creation, CMDB, Import Sets and Update Sets.
Experience and knowledge in working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, Email Notifications, Inbound actions, and Dashboards.
Experience in the creation of Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guide, User guides.
Worked on the creation and customization of complex Workflow and custom Workflow activities.
