I, poonam Mukherjee presently working in ICICI Bank Ltd, kolkata.previously I worked in IIFL, MUTHOOT FINCORP AND NEXT SCREEN INFOTECH PVT LTD

In my previous company, I have to take charge of my office in my bm's absence for 10 days, with my new joined collegues, and also that time in my house my father was ill, that situation was very tough for me, but I overcame it, obviously with the support of my staffs. This situation was very remarkable for me, because that time I got a chance to proof myself and get mentality to work in pressure.
