- Using ( KPIs Dashboards, Web PRS, DOSR, Oasis, UPM, GEO location, GIS and eolive).
- Monitor all service affecting KPI’s of below areas applying present threshold.
- Mobile access NW (2G/3G/LTE).
- Mobile Core (CS/PS).
- Roaming ( Inbound/Outbound )
- IDD ( Incoming / Outgoing )
- Unified Messaging.
- Coordination with Front Office of areas mentioned above to make sure that services not affected by NW failure or HW issue.
- Raising incident management tickets of any violating KPI which to be addressed to concerned via Remedy & HP Service Manager System and highlight the issues using proper escalation matrix.
- Follow up with the concerned for any raised issues applying OLA/SLA, to make sure service availability is restored within minimum time intervals.
- Monitor all important events to ensure high quality service availability.
- Help to Ensure prestige customers receive the highest standard of services.
- Make sure vital areas (malls/hotels/restaurants/hospitals.) enjoy high quality of services.
- Analyze individual customer behavior and device penetration to identify area of improvement and feasible new revenue stream.
- Monitor all hazardous and planned outages and activities of all Etisalat N/W nodes to make sure it’s performed and accomplished successfully within the outage time window.

Job Responsibilities
- We use to work at excel sheets and at the end of the day we had to submit our Work though daily reporting.
- Limits so to speak, I could enhance the performance of my shift on daily basis.
- We use to work under the SLA (Service level agreement), which was deemed as the course of conduct at the field between us and Huawei.
- We use to monitoring the alarm in M2000 & CITIRIX for the external alarm and we escalate the fault alarm to E&M Operators.
- Monitoring of All NSS Alarms.
- Preparing & updating the Daily incident reports Use of Citrix Client Software for OMCR(GUI).
- Use of IMANAGER M2000 Mobile Element Management System (Alarm Browse, Query and statistics) for HUAWEI Monitoring.
- Checking All External alarms of Huawei using NSS Commands.
- Dispatching the field technicians for troubleshooting the alarms.
- Dispatching the trouble tickets through Huawei’s software SDM and also maintaining the data base for each trouble tickets in Excel reporting formats.
- Following Up with the NSS Engineers and helping them to clear the Alarms.
- Making Outage Reports for All the Aircel Circles.
- We create a work orders through Mos5100, SDM and by Email & SMS to concern Department.
