I have over 33 years of experience in teaching, training and development, instructional and curriculum design, leadership coaching, academic management, team building and enablement, and conducting and guiding research. I see myself as a positive communicator, an empathetic leader, a committed educator, and a lifelong learner.

My current goal is to create a widespread sustainable impact in education by being conscious of the changing scenario in education and offering innovative, socially relevant opportunities to learners. I am passionate about bringing creativity and critical thinking into education.
