• Creating and maintaining component symbol and footprint under global standards
• Creating DIE & BGA as per customer input .xlx sheet
• Constraint setup, and Die Fanout, Dutout
• Routing planning Differential signals, Clock signals as per customer Requirements
• Plan to layer stack up, power plans and GND plans calculate
• Shielding and Guiding Routing
• Thin film layer shape Editing as per customer Requirements (mesh shapes, plans shapes)
• BGA fanout
• Checking all side as per customer input
• Creating Gerber notes
• Component selection with mechanical, electrical and sourcing team
• Creating of Schematic design of projects
• Bill of material creation (BOM) and maintaining design file revisions throughout the design process
• Have experience Power Supply design
• High speed routing of differential buses, clock signals, data bus signals and impedance controlled signals
• Simulation of layer stack up, differential signals, clock signals and impedance controlled signals
• Gerber verification using CAM 350 and GC-CAM, view mate
• Resolving technical quires from PCB suppliers and factory
