Coordinating with Planning and Drive test team for coverage complaints.
Scheduling teams to perform site acceptance test.
Expertise in analyzing Telecom network faults and fix within minimum time frame.
Working experience in WIFI switch and Access points maintenance and alarm troubleshooting.
Working experience in CCTV maintenance.
Ensure teams following HSE Policies at Site.

Education
ITIL V4 Certificate in IT service management
B.E. in Telecommunication Engineer from M S Engineering College, Bangalore.
Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Impact Polytechnic , Bangalore
