- Hands on experience on different tools for monitoring Telecom network equipments (Ericsson and Huawei)
- Experience in handling telecom test equipments Site master, fiber power, OTDR meter.
- Planning and scheduling customer coverage complaints IBS (Indoor Building Sites).
- Coordinating with Planning and Drive test team for coverage complaints.
- Scheduling teams to perform site acceptance test.
- Expertise in analyzing Telecom network faults and fix within minimum time frame.
- Working experience in WIFI switch and Access points maintenance and alarm troubleshooting.
- Working experience in CCTV maintenance.
- Ensure teams following HSE Policies at Site.

Education
- ITIL V4 Certificate in IT service management
- B.E. in Telecommunication Engineer from M S Engineering College, Bangalore.
- Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Impact Polytechnic , Bangalore
