I have good experience in Service/Support experience. I have over 6 years of experience in customer service/Real time analyst in Genpact and more than 18 moths of support engineer experience in Infosys.
I have hands on experience in customer service. I joined as a process associate and promoted as process developer in 2 years. I also worked as a SME who got opportunity to train new resources and help them clear their training period and join the production. I also worked as RTA, where I use to monitor queues and assign chat/email tasks to the resources as per the requirement. I used to inform clients/management about an ongoing issue over Google Hangouts.
Also, I have hands on experience on Service Now ticketing tool.
