General Manager - General Manager Duties

To deal efficiently and politely with all the guest enquiries i.e. Call, mail, agents, and walk-in.
To ensure that all reservations are recorded and saved in system with all clear Guests details i.e. Check in dates, check out dates, total numbers of Guest, Guests name, Advance Amount, Balance Amount etc.
Knows the rooms types, Availability, sellingStatus, Rates, all benefits of all packages and plans.
Know the credit policy for agents and cancelation policies of the property management.
Process charter Bookings and update as per the contract of the international charter company.
Communicate about reservations information with the front office team.
Develop rooms revenue and occupancy forecast.
Make sure that files are kept updated.
Open and close the availability as per the occupancy in the software or channel manager.
Configuring rates on the hotels management system.
Negotiation With Vanders Regarding Rates & Update To The Management.
Follow The Proper SOPS & Brief The Staff In Daily Basis.
