Handle on experience in PLM softwarelinked to ECO Process
Knowledge and experience in life cycleanalysis product change

Engine Assembly, Disassembly,Teardownof Engine components andimportant Metricmeasurement.
Creating Part numbers for BOM in project management & ECRECN creating in PLM
Creation and release of parts bill of materials in PLM, includingapplicable defining documents
Release part list to production for new models afterimplementation of ECO’s in PLM system for ECO (EngineeringChange order) creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, releasingand distribution
Work closely with Engineering and CFT teams to review productupdates/modification
Review submitted change request to ensure that the BOM /Partrelated change impacts within the entire system
Manufacturing Bom & Part release
Supporting the product team in new PLM configuration initiatives
Generate part numbers, Assembly numbers and ECO numbersrequested by designers on day-to-day basis
Creation & Maintenance of part number, Part list variants, bill ofMaterials, Code list Data
Follow up the Cross functional team
Support R&D teams in developing and maintaining Bill of materialin PLM
Support the PLM engineer and PLM team in creating and updatingfinished goods, semi finished good in PLM
Created Process Sheet for Engine Assembly powertrain lab involves inventory,shipments, measurement tools& measuring instruments maintenance.
Testing monitoring data regular base daily & weekly to createprogress report and development plan after each analysis
Engine durability performance testing Warranty cost reductionfor FIE, related issues
Preparing and Monitoring Outdoor & Indoor Testing Plan on DVPVehicle level Documented assembly procedures, test results, andany deviations from specifications
Engine Rigging & Alignment, Test
