Working as supervisor in Packing department with responsibilities in manpower management, quality assurance, compliance, and documentation according to cGMP regulations, Good Documentation Practice, 21 CFR Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Handling the manpower for job distribution to ensure the optimum utilization of manpower and machine for qualitative packing.
• To coordinate with the engineering department for engineering activity like break down maintenance.
• Verify the cleanliness of the packing area, availability of semi-finished goods and packing material before starting packing operation.
• Perform Line Clearance activities and Compliance status.
• Responsible for Allocating of manpower for packing related activities.
• Perform all the Challenge test of primary and secondary area prior to batch packing.
• Perform In-process checks.
• Documentation of batch packing record and other related records.
• Responsible for Document completion activities like Finished goods, Reconciliation of packing material, Material Return Note, Rejection after batch completion and Yield calculation.
• To ensure quality system and standards are implemented and maintained.
