Myself Dr.Prakash shinde, as an intern in government medical college and hospital chh.Sambhajinagar, I worked in all 19 departments of medical sciences ex. General medicine, surgery, obgy, pediatrics, Orthopedic, community medicine. These are the departments in which I got most of the knowledge and skills set build up with the confidence.
In general medicine deal with patients in opd and in wards round, in surgery performed minor OT surgery under supervision and assisted some major cases as hernioplasty, Appendectomy, lipoma excision, In obgy conducted normal vaginal deliveries, assisted C section. In community medicine we as a group conducted medical camp,visited doorstep in villages and made awareness about healthcare and wellbeing.
