• Lead the entire DC Cutover Organisation, setting governance, standards, templates, and best practices for all SAP project cutovers globally within the Bosch network.
• Develop and own the cutover approach and master cutover plan; secure sign-off from Project Management, Solution Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide a team of Cutover Managers across concurrent S/4HANA rollout projects (Wave 27 – DCEA ASEAN: 2 entities, 1 plan).
• Establish escalation path (L1: SPOC → L2: PjM/PrLs) and overdue task governance model; drive weekly cadence reviews, MoM publication, and executive status reporting.
• Oversee Azure DevOps task loading, training readiness, and process-area documentation for all go-live phases including dark phase and hyper-care.
• Eliminated critical post-go-live P1 issues across Wave 27 by introducing a milestone-aligned email notification and overdue-task governance framework.

FI-CO Deploy Process Expert at Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (2016-03 – 2024-05)

• Served as the sole Cutover Manager on the HCDD Pilot (Robert Bosch Home Comfort, Germany) and DCPL Pilot (Bosch Rexroth Drives & Controls, Warsaw, Poland) – the first S/4HANA pilot programmes within Bosch.
• Orchestrated 7 company codes across 3 countries in a simultaneous go-live for the DCPL Pilot, managing 100+ cutover tasks, freeze plans, and reverse-cutover contingency procedures.
• Defined cutover runbooks, Go/No-Go checklists, UAT sign-off matrices, and hypercare escalation protocols subsequently adopted as Bosch DC standards.
• Acted as FI-CO Deploy Process Expert across the DiF RBCB Pilot (Czech Republic) and Wave 1 Drive Project (7 company codes, 3 countries), driving S/4 cFIN mapping and simulation error resolution.
• Executed 15+ SAP R/3 rollout projects (OneM@India, Japan PS Subsidiaries, Malaysia, and others) as FI-CO Deploy Functional Consultant – designing processes, testing, and providing go-live support.
