An extremely passionate about User Experience. I believe that while using the products and services if the customer gets an amazing experience, they will never use any other product or services. So I always focused on giving positive design experience to remember.

My key responsibilities includes conducting business requirement workshops, understanding the user needs and business goals, preparing project plan, managing other UX team members, creating hi/fi prototype of the proposed solution, briefing and working with visual designers, conducting session with developers to discuss the possible solution.

I always focused on delivering intuitive and seamless customer experiences, so that people should love it and come back over again and again.

Currently working as Lead Executive - Creative (UX) for Tech Mahindra - Full-time

• Working for Telefonica project since last almost 1.5 years. Being a part of almost 55 UI UX designers, working on understanding the requirements, creating user flows, validating flow and user journey with customers and management, understanding business requirements, designing low and high fidelity wireframes, collaboration with design system teams, creating components for design system etc.

2 years spent with GS lab. Worked as a Lead UX designer. Designed Avaya's product for telecom domain. Handled a team of 5 UX designers. Starting from strategy to development.

In 2020 I worked with ADIB bank, Abu Dhabi as a Senior UX designer.

Prior to ADIB, I spent 5 years with Accenture. Worked with Barclays (Multi Channel Application) and UBS bank's intranet portal.

I have completed my Bachalor degree in specializing in Psychology in 2004 from Pune University.
