• Designed schematic BLDC motor driver circuits (ATA6847 IC, DsPIC controller) and PowerPath switching / battery-charging circuits (BQ25750 IC) for a 1 LPM Portable Oxygen Concentrator with Continuous and Pulse Dose modes.
• Developed the complete battery pack setup for portable oxygen concentrators, including verification testing to confirm compliance with defined electrical and safety requirements.
• Defined and verified system-level requirements for device performance during development of the 1 LPM concentrator.
• Developed pulse-dose oxygen delivery control logic and algorithms; integrated pressure and differential-pressure sensors for breath detection.
• Implemented and verified UART, I2C, and SPI communication protocols to support device-to-controller data exchange across Renesas and DsPIC platforms.
• Performed board-level and system/interface-level verification testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution during integration activities.
• Generated verification documentation and evidence (test plans, test reports) in support of design control, working within ISO 13485, MDR 2017, and IEC 60601 frameworks; assisted with ISO 80601-2-67 compliance and licensing documentation.
• Supported QMS and manufacturing audits, and coordinated material selection and supplier activities for medical device development.
