• Mechanical / Utility / Piping System Design; piping calculations (shortest route for piping , sizing calculation, wall thickness calculation, loss calculation, pressure drop calculations, sizing, nozzle load calculation, optimum support span calculations, stress calculation, fluid balancing calculations etc.)
• PFD and P&ID preparation, review, submission & approval; piping material specification preparation & decision making, stress analysis with report generation & submittal; zero/bulk level BOQ preparation (both automatic & manual), isometric, equipment layout, plant layout, master plan, piping layout, pipe routing (decision making of utilized & optimized shortest pipe route); in-hand software experience in AUTOCAD, SP3D, E3D, CAESAR-II, CREO-Parametric, PDMS, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS etc.; site visit, client management, vendor management, Standard knowledge (IS / IBR / BS / ISO/ API / ASME / ASTM).

· Proactively participated in selection, sizing of various kinds of mechanical / piping equipment.
· Successfully executed 2D & 3D piping layout with AutoCAD, E3D, SOLIDWORKS, CREO-Piping, PDMS, SP3D etc.
· Successfully executed pipe stress analysis with CAESAR-II, PV-ELITE, ANSYS etc.
· Successfully executed plant design, system design through vendor drawing review for equipment and process packages in various industrial plants.
· Pivotal in preparation & review of Documents (such as MTO, BOQ, MOC etc.), drawings & datasheets.
