My name is Pranav Deshmukh, and I have over 3 years and 6 months of experience as a Network Engineer at Tata Communications. I hold an MSc in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree from Mumbai University. Networking has always been my passion, and I constantly work to improve my skills, especially in next-gen technologies like SD-WAN.
In my current role, I provide Level 2 support for enterprise customers, focusing on MPLS, ILL, and DIA services. I regularly work with BGP and OSPF routing protocols on Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei routers. Along with traditional networking, I also work on SD-WAN operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting overlay tunnels, BFD sessions, and IPSec connectivity issues. I recently completed the CCNP certification.
