Certified Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience.
•Setting up kickoff meeting, tracking down the scope of the project and documenting requirements.
•Managing stakeholder expectations, baseline with business/customer on project scope.
•Developing the techno functional spec (matrix) to meet the scope of the project.
•Tracking and updating all action items, risk and coordinating with the team members on timely basis to make sure project scope is met.
•Maintaining the change log upon the change in scope of the project and manage efforts, approvals.
•Good understanding of various EDI standards.
•Strong Knowledge on EDI docs such as 204,214,990,210,997 & 850.
•Perform functional testing, validate to cover positive and negative flows.
•Provide demo to business as needed, coordinate UAT and manage changes requests (if any).
•Post deployment monitoring and providing warranty support, ensure successful turnover to ongoing support.
•Elicitation, Requirement gathering & stakeholder collaboration.
•Hands on experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
•Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Working closely between business and technology groups to facilitate communication both ways.
•Preparing BRD & FRD business documents.
Communicate requirements and updates of the same to the relevant stakeholder group.
