Major Incident Management at Capgemini Technology Services LTD (Present)

• Proactively managed and resolved P1/P2 incidents, leveraging ServiceNow CMDB and CI relationships to assess business impact, prioritize correctly, and ensure SLA compliance with clear stakeholder updates.
