• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors for finance-related queries ensuring timely resolution.
• Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes including invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
• Prepare and issue GST-compliant invoices, including e-invoices and e-way bills.
• Manage cash application and allocation, ensuring accurate mapping of customer payments against invoices.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and invoice mismatches by coordinating with internal teams.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accuracy of financial data and records.
• Monitor cash flow and customer receipts for accurate financial reporting.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and provide invoice/payment clarifications to clients.
• Manage vendor bills, debit notes, and NEFT payments, ensuring timely processing.
• Support GST and TDS compliance, including monthly workings, filings, and reconciliations.
• Assist in annual audits and provide required documentation to auditors.
• Prepare and analyze Aging Reports and MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
• Work extensively on Zoho Books for invoicing, reconciliation, payment tracking, and reporting.
• Support DoT portal compliance and AGR workings as per regulatory requirements.
