My name is Pranjali Sawale, I have recently completed my B.B.A., LL.B. from SNDT Women's University Law School Mumbai. I wanted to apply for the position of Legal Intern or Legal Associate at your firm.
I have completed five internships over the course from the last three years. Out of these, my most recent internship is with Credable is a tradename for Equentia SCF technologies private limited which is an NBFC where loans are provided to Companies, LLP's and Proprietor and the Facility provided is Sales invoice discounting, Purchase invoice discounting.
Loan, and Working Capital Term Loan and I assisted in drafting of these Agreements. A Plus Consultancy and Services is my second internship where I have assisted in Drafting of Pre-cognizance notice, Affidavit Reply for section 482 of CRPC and had High Court visits and many more things, earlier I have done internship at Zen Legal LLP where, I learned Drafting and Arbitration. My another notable internship is with Chir Amrit Legal LLP where, I have done Research work with the help of SCC Online and Manupatra. I also Interned at Shriram Finance Limited. These internships have given me a chance to work with some of the best lawyers and advocates in the country. These internships have also taught me how to handle stress and effectively prioritize my work according to deadlines.
I was the Vice-President of Internship Cell Committee of my college. I have a keen interest in areas like Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, SARFAESI Law, General Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Market, Arbitration, Taxation, Intellectual Property Law. I look forward to opportunities as a step up to learning ladder and I am in a constant pursuit of knowledge and experience.
