Completed four (4) months of internship as admission counselor under the leadership of Mrs. Deepti Rastogi from March, 2022 to June, 2022. Constructed and managed in student and parent counseling for admissions.

Learned how to develop rapport with students and parents.
Enhanced computer skills.
Learned how to work in a team.
Understanding between the teens.
Data collection and organization.
How to communicate with people from villages or rural areas.

Online Intern - Rested minds - Delhi

Completed one (1) month of online internship, as an intern under the leadership of Ms. Subaru Saini from March, 2022 to April, 2022.

Learned the roles of a psychologist.
Learned the Diagnostic criteria of mental illness (DSM 5), neurotic and psychotic disorders.
Enhanced how to write case history.
Learned basic psychological assessment.
Learned therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), Dialect behavior therapy (DBT), Solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).
Although the learning experiences were good, it helped my personal growth to learn more about counseling skills.

Completed six (6) months of offline internship, as a psychologist under the leadership of Ms. Jyotsna Waghmare from June, 2023 to February, 2024.

Learned various assessment tools such as GLAD for students with Learning disabilities.
Learned educational techniques such as token therapy, scaffolding and peer tutoring.
Enhanced my communication skills while having conversations with parents and fellow colleagues.
Learned designing IEP, an educational plan for students and implemented the curriculum in classroom successfully.
Although the learning experiences were good, it helped to develop my personal growth to learn my counseling skills and teaching skills.

Used different teaching aids as per the students needs.
However, the experience was interesting, it helped me to develop my classroom management skills and it also developed my teaching skills.
