• Learned basic psychological assessment.
• Learned therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), Dialect behavior therapy (DBT), Solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Although the learning experiences were good, it helped my personal growth to learn more about counseling skills.
