• Supported AHU (Air Handling Unit) estimation process by inputting technical specifications — including blower capacity, filter types (Pre-filter, HEPA), and unit dimensions — into pre-built Excel-based costing templates, enabling accurate quotation generation for customers.
• Developed working knowledge of AHU components and assemblies including blowers/fans, pre-filters, HEPA filters, dampers, cooling/heating coils, and casing — directly relevant to pharma cleanroom HVAC utility systems.
• Gained practical understanding of AHU technical drawings and component specifications by coordinating between technical team inputs and Excel estimation sheets, strengthening ability to read and interpret mechanical system documentation.
• Contributed to quotation turnaround by accurately entering bill of materials (BOM) data into estimation formats, supporting the sales and technical team in responding to customer requirements.
