A major part of my leadership experience includes NPI and mass-production transitions, where I managed FRB, EB, PVT, and MP phases, drove fixture bring-up, prepared yield bridge reports, and ensured manufacturing readiness for new products. I have also orchestrated crisis and task-force operations, performed deep waste analysis, resolved recurring failures through structured RCA/8D problem-solving, and implemented CAPA actions to stabilize production lines and reduce scrap.
