I am an experienced Oracle Techno Functional Lead, with industry experience of over 20 years. I started off as a developer hands-on professional and grew to expert in Techno Functional lead in Finance and SCM area. Over the years, I have worked with the management to determine values and mission, plan for short and long-term goals, set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
I have been recognized for improving efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures, while focusing on cost avoidance and profitability of projects delivered. I have contributed in various implementation and upgrades of R12 and Demantra, implemented production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards, resolved problems, and identified root cause issue. I have also provided a guidance and learning to the teams and encouraged them to meet their objectives.
