Currently working as Technical Lead-PCB Design. Main responsibilities includes:
Validating design for high reliability and robustness
Provide documentation to the work with technicians/engineers as they manufacture PCB’s
Understanding key Hardware requirements from product requirements
Contributing to continual process improvement within the PCB layout function
Working with other engineers for electronic design projects like circuit design, circuit simulation, Bill of Material (BOM) generation, Printed & Circuit Board (PCB) routing and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
Participating in Analysis and suggesting cost reduction project ideas
Conversion of Schematics to PCB layout, including component symbol and footprint generation and library management

Immense experience in RF and GSM &GPS SIM, Microcontroller, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, DDR, RS485, SRAM, Routing.
Gained excellent knowledge in DFM, DFT and DFA.
Hands-on experience in using latest PCB Design/EDA tools such as ALLEGRO 17.4 (Cadence), Altium and PADS.
Hands-on experience in using latest Gerber editing/Gerber verifications tools such as CAM 350, View mate and Gerb-tool.
Basic knowledge of IPC Standards.
Subject Matter Expertise in Digital, Analog, and Power & Mix signal boards and high speed.
Immense exposure in complete PCB Layout Design cycle from Schematic to Gerber release.
Worked with clients like automotive sector (e.g. Hero, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes Benz, HKMC etc.) and Defense sector (e.g., HAL, ISRO, VSSC, SAC, DRDO, ECIL etc.)
