Profound expertise in managing Payroll functions. Designing, implementing and administering payroll to ensure accurate salary processing; successfully managed end-to-end aspects of the complex payroll with a span of over 50,000 employees across multiple units.
Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of statutory compliances such as Payroll, Shops & Establishment and all types of contractlabour compliance.
Experienced in handling court cases and coordination with external lawyers to represent employer in court matters.
Expert in HR Transformation, automations & enhancements across HR processes through the implementation of HRIS.
