Manager with more than 11.5 years’ experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) and Planning Logistics and
Materials (PLM) working with an industry leader. In-depth knowledge of production, planning, control,
forecasting, material management, logistics and stores management. Adapting to growth of company from
34 aircrafts to more than 310. Conceptualizing, initiating and implementing various processes to make the growth hassle free, also resulting in savings of more than 7 million USD for the company (till date).

a) Airbus trained in RSPL and initial provisioning (IP) of spares for changes in fleet in IndiGo, which includes older MSN,
CFM engine, NEO, ATR, 186, Series A320, A321, Leap engines etc.
b) Ensuring correct part number administration, with help of various regulatory documents, into the inventory management system- AMOS, which acted as regulatory document to ensure timely procurement.
c) Developed and implemented strategic forecasting and tactical execution of scheduled replenishment, annual procurement etc. to avoid nil stock situation and improve the cost benefits and bulk discounts (10-12 %), thereby getting a saving of approx. 200,000 USD in 2018 to 2019.
d) Adapting with a continuous focus on improving operational reliability by finding tend in data and leverage the information to find optimal procurement strategy to match with the exponential growth of the fleet, from 88 in 2014
to 290 in Oct 2020 and 279 in Feb 2022.
a) Initiated and successfully executed for the first time in IndiGo manufacturing of EASA certified covers in India within
35 days timeline, resulted in cost savings of more than 93,864 USD per shipset of Pax seat covers as compared to
OEM prices. Expected savings on this project is more than 5.5 million USD in upcoming lease returns in 2021.
b) Accountable for other Part 21G projects such as EASA certified Placards, Local repair of plastic parts etc which results in yearly savings of 1 million USD each year.

c) Coordination with lessor to ensure aircraft is lease returned as per EASA standards.

c) Associated with initial conceptualization and management of bonded store, Tool store, DPT store etc. and engaged with more than 40 audits overs the period of 4 yrs. to cater for requirement as per DGCA from PLM side.
d) Personally mentored more than 20 new recruits over the period of 11 years.
