• Designated team leader for leading the contingency team during emergencies onboard ship, such as fire, pollution, collision etc. Successfully led a team in firefighting while extinguishing fire onboard NYK Fuji. Received accolade from Japanese Coast guard as well as the president of NYK Line.
• Successfully managed third party technicians during dry dock in 2022, finishing all the planned jobs 3 days prior the planned completion date, saving more than $5k in labour costs.
• Mentored and imparted on-the-job training to trainee officers and new joiners in navigation related duties and responsibilities.
• Managed complex network of stakeholders from various corners of the globe and successfully executed over 50 international voyages.
