- Charge and pay to customer, Fund Transfer • Analyze the Monetary transactions and resolve customer disputes.
- Analyze vehicle damage images, evaluate the claim–worthy damage and file a claim.
- Send communication emails to customers to file claims and monetary transactions.
- Investigate reports and find any violation of the company policy and accordingly put charges on responsible customer accounts.
- Analyze large toll data and traffic tickets data charge responsible customers and pay vehicle owners with 100% transaction accuracy.
- Review customer requests to avail of our services, customer vehicle records, and customer driving records, evaluate risk scores and make decisions to approve or reject customer requests.
- Communicate with claim adjuster, and body shops to gather updates regarding vehicle repairs and claim updates.
- Handle customer requests to Edit, delete, and add, information to their primary accounts.
- Documentation of the vehicle, and customer data.
