In 2012, Rakesh founded the CreativeB Modeling Agency, which provides a platform for aspiring models to enter the fashion industry. Through this agency, he has mentored and launched numerous fresh talents into modeling and acting careers. Additionally, Rakesh conducts photography workshops and training sessions across India, having led over 50 fashion photography workshops in cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa, and Vizag.
