• Designed a unified vendor payments overview that surfaced ₹50Cr+ in invoices and advances on a single page — driving ~70% daily adoption among finance users within one month and retiring the parallel Excel tracker.
• Redesigned the mobile reimbursement flow from one-claim-at-a-time to a session-based multi-claim experience, cutting bulk claim time by ~50% and tripling single-session multi-claim filings.
• Built the CFO admin dashboard for finance leaders to track company-wide spend, manage reports, and monitor team activity from one workspace.
• Resolved navigation and access inconsistencies across member and admin views in the mobile app, unblocking core actions for both user types.
