• Operated tablet compression machine efficiency.
• Performed tool change, machine setup and in process check.
• Maintained GMP documentation and logbook.
• Handled minor breakdown and co-ordinated with maintenance team.
• To Maintain discipline in the department and to ensure personnel hygiene is maintained.
• To see that department area is well maintained and cleaned properly.
• To fill the equipment's log, in process check, material movement record and BMR during the respective activities.
• To check that production activities are carrying out as per BMR and SOP's.
• To do online documentation and ensure data integrity.
• To co-ordinate with Engineering department regarding preventive maintenance and machine breakdown.
• To maintain cGMP throughout production activities.
• To inform production officer and executive in case of any problem during production activities.
• To check the labeling procedure of equipment and area during procedure.
• To ensure that the balance calibration and verification done before start of manufacturing activities.
• Equipment handling properly as per SOP.
