During my internship at mapro foods pvt Ltd. I had the opportunity to work on a New product formulation (center filling for dark chocolate) and also my msc project at Bhabha atomic research centre (BARC) worked on New product development ( preparation and physicochemical characterization of low sugar beverages from pomogranate). I conducted extensive research on various ingredients, conducted sensory evaluation tests, and worked closely with a team of food scientists to optimize the product's formulation
Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in food chemistry, microbiology, and sensory evaluation. I have gained hands-on experience in various laboratory techniques. Including food analysis, product development, and quality control. I am also familiar with food safety regulations and have a passion for creating nutritious and delicious food products.
