At PVH Corp, I lead Quality Assurance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud programs, enabling consumer data transformation, loyalty program enhancements, and omnichannel integration across Ecommerce, POS, Mobile Apps, and CDP. I collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams to build robust test strategies, streamline processes, and drive measurable quality improvements. The CDT GDC (Custom Data Transformation – Global Delivery Center) initiative was launched to modernize and migrate PVH's marketing technology stack from legacy systems to a cloud-based ecosystem, including Salesforce ServiceCloud, Acquia CDP, and Commerce Cloud.
The integrated flow allows customer profile creation/updates on the eCommerce site, which is then propagated to SFSC (CRM), synced with SFMC for campaign management, and passed on to Acquia CDP for data analytics and personalization. We leveraged Salesforce Customer 360 to deliver a unified customer experience across channels.

This project involved consolidating existing independent legacy systems for Voice and Data equipment into a single integrated Oracle E-Business suite (EBS) that includes 11 modules integrated into the SDP architecture. Oracle EBS receives orders from SDP, performs validation, determines purchase or source from Inventory decisions, builds support contracts for customers, schedules technicians for installation and support services, and interacts with suppliers for automated purchase order management.
Management was a key delivery in the release that helps manage 39 inventory locations.
