The CDT GDC (Custom Data Transformation – Global Delivery Center) initiative was launched to modernize and migrate PVH's marketing technology stack from legacy systems to a cloud-based ecosystem, including Salesforce ServiceCloud, Acquia CDP, and Commerce Cloud.

The integrated flow allows customer profile creation/updates on the eCommerce site, which is then propagated to SFSC (CRM), synced with SFMC for campaign management, and passed on to Acquia CDP for data analytics and personalization. We leveraged Salesforce Customer 360 to deliver a unified customer experience across channels.

CPE is a new Oracle E2E application to enable the company to sell bundled CPE services. Develop consistent revenue recognition polices and align with the other work efforts to streamline orders, service, and billing. This project involved consolidating existing independent legacy systems for Voice and Data equipment into a single integrated Oracle E-Business suite (EBS) that includes 11 modules integrated into the SDP architecture. Oracle EBS receives orders from SDP, performs validation, determines purchase or source from Inventory decisions, builds support contracts for customers, schedules technicians for installation and support services, and interacts with suppliers for automated purchase order management.
