Roles Patient Care Emergency Response Medication and Treatment Ventilator and Life-Support Care Infection Control Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients. Continuously monitor vital signs, ECG, SpO₂, neurological status, and other parameters. Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and manage patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Assess patients regularly and promptly Assist doctors during intubation, central line insertion, procedures, and emergencies. Perform CPR and participate in emergency resuscitation.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and documentation. Follow strict infection-control and aseptic techniques.
