• Added MP4 video playback to the platform by building a custom video player with secure S3 streaming and auto media-type detection — unblocking video-recording companies from using the platform.
• Reduced 5+ PostgreSQL queries to 2–3 per call by merging separate DB lookups into a single coalesced query and fetching data in parallel using asyncio.gather(), improving pipeline speed.
• Wrote and maintained LLM prompts for AgriTech, EdTech, and Accommodation clients — covering call classification, competitor detection, and scoring across 7 call sub-types.
