I’m a UX researcher and experience designer. I study how people interact with digital products and help teams use those insights to make technology easier, more inclusive, and more enjoyable to use.

I’m a UX researcher and experience designer with a background in IT engineering. My professional journey spans UX research, customer experience, and product design across technology, retail, and consulting sectors. I’ve led research-driven projects, facilitated user engagement studies, and translated insights into strategies that improved usability, accessibility, and business outcomes.

I’m passionate about creating meaningful learning and digital experiences through empathy, communication, and continuous improvement.

MSc in User Experience Design from Kingston University, London (2024) and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Engineering (2022) from TCET Mumbai. My studies focused on human-centred design, digital well-being, and energy-efficient web solutions.
