Associate Test Manager Ernst & Young, Ernakulam, India Currently I work on the client site‑MoHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation)‑ Dubai, UAE Domain: Human Capital Domain Responsibilities: · Work as Test Lead for Mobile Application Testing. · Assigning the Testing Tasks to resources in offshore. · Creating updating and reviewing the Test Cases. · Coordinating with the offshore team regarding development and testing activities. · Conducting Defect Triage meetings with internal team and the Business. · Taking demo to the client and sessions for the internal team regarding the requirements. · Analyzing the requirements and conducting meetings with the business for · clarification. · Testing the Main flow of the application based on the release notes and the User story · delivered. · Creating the Daily Defect summary report. · Attending Scrum calls to deliver the daily improvements from testing side. · Leading the Mobile testing team on all mobile projects · Derive strategy, approach, estimation, device matrix, resource plan & allocation for all the mobile testing projects · Generating/Reviewing Test plans, Test cases, Daily/Weekly Status reports, Test reports, Test Summary reports. · Performing Functional/Compatibility/User experience/Regression testing on iOS, Android. · Performing device level performance testing for Native/Hybrid applications on iOS & Android platforms · Building new capabilities in the team such as Usability, Security, etc · Involving in preparing service capability documents, proposals for mobile applications · Planning and monitor team member overall performance, as well as project member in assigned projects/tasks · Providing guidance/advices for team members to develop their skills in mo
