•  Expertise in Preparing HSE Documents for projects such as HSE Plans, Training Matrices, Risk Assessments, Accident/incident, and near-miss reports.
•  Conduct HSE Risk assessments and prepare JHA/JSA for effective Risk Mitigation.
•  Conduct site inspections for hazard identification on a pre-determined basis to ensure ongoing adherence to all applicable standards and regulations.
•  Monitoring performance against Process Safety KPIs and maintaining an overview of corrective actions and advising on trends or areas requiring intervention.
•  Expertise in identifying safety training needs, designing safety training modules & executing the same in the project.
•  Conversant in Accident/Incident Investigation techniques to pinpoint the root causes and implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence in the future.
•  Fostering a strong positive HSE culture by promoting Awareness programs, Behavior-Based Safety Programs and leading all training programs, Emergency drills, Promotional campaigns, and other activities.
•  Advice & assist the management in avoiding accidents, loss of property, and/or adverse legal consequences/fines imposed by authority.
•  Conducting Safety Audits as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 to ensure workplace safety.
•  Represent the company in the client HSE meetings.
•  To report on the performance of the HSE Management system to top Management for review and as a basis for the improvement of the HSE Management System.
•  Conduct Monthly meetings & Internal Audits to provide information and advice to the management on HSE requirements and to promote the regular exchange of current safety performance records/KPIs.
•  Competency in devising significant solutions for maintaining sound Environmental Safety conditions with proficiency in implementing and maintaining safety standards.
•  Delegate responsibilities to subordinates to provide an effective safety monitoring and supervisor support program.
•  Expertise in using computer systems and software suites to create valuable and comprehensive reports for management and record-keeping.
