- Monitoring and enhancing the product Quality. Machining Process Qualification and validation .In-house PPM Activity.
- Knowledge of Quality core tools PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP & 7 qc tool.
- Submission of PPAP samples including documentation with the help of engineering department & take the approval from customer for mass production with continues customer interaction.
- Handle NPD Activity, and responsible to hand over for regular production.
- Ensure System Adherence .Maintaining Quality and System Record .Upgrading vendors as per customer problem.
- All manage line rejection rework and customer complaint. Manage the down line supervisor, engineer quality.
- Sample submission as per customer requirements & submission of relevant documents.
- Handling Customer Complaint and solve problem.
- Manage the Quality circles and weekly review with (Quality head and production head with Quality circles team)
- Vendor Development Activities includes new vendor development. Evaluating the new vendors.
- Daily red bin analysis and attend Morning meeting (QRQC) in shop floor with operator and quality, production, supervisor /Engineer (reduce the defect at process and incoming) introduce the daily customer feedback for quality and product related.
- Layout inspection and verification for Regular Part and Quality Std. Preparation by the part drawing.
- Knowledge for the Problem solving Methodology and Knowledge for the Manufacturing process.
- Ensure the checking adds for critical characteristics. Upgrading the existing vendors by Auditing.
- Implement of SPC on the machine shop .Active cross functional team member.
- MRM meeting, internal audit conduct in all departments as per plan.
- 5S implementation in standard room and company .PPAP Document Verification as per Requirement.
- Ensure availability of resource in Quality Department. Weekly / monthly review report quality related issue and task.
- Line Rejection Review for the Regular Parts, Analysis and Action and Identification of the Issue of the part of line Stoppage.
