Tracking and oversight of all freight claims related to inbound shipments across the Molex Supply Chain Hubs. Evaluating inbound damages and identify opportunities to improve and reduce costs associated with freight claims for forwarder issues.
•Works with Packaging Engineer to improve packaging quality for packaging related damages.
•Review and analyze contracts, terms, and other conditions to ensure the claims are in terms with agreed contract along with Global Transportation team.
•Coordinating with Finance team for accounting settlement
•Created the tool using power app for document collection and to record every damage that received in Supply chain Hub.
•Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and create Process Maps for centralized claim process.
•End to End Packaging development for New Projects (Connectors).
•Packaging optimization & standardization
MBA Logistics and Business Analytics includes production, distribution, management and optimization of effective products and services. This course teaches tme to design and manage effective logistics and supply chain systems and includes training in both technical skills, business fundamentals, management practices, leadership, and communication.
