I am a document controller with a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering having 13 years of experience in information management field that included coordination of data and document flow from contractors and/or internal project stakeholders into central data repository. Well Versed in establishing the effective document control procedure for the new projects with a proven ability to expedite internal and vendor documents by generating overdue reports

• To implement and maintain procedures, specifications, means and tools required to ensure an efficient management of all flows of documents on an electronic form during all the phases of the Project and in all project work locations.
• To perform constant analysis of produced documentation to check for compliance with Project standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, used symbols and all others aspect related to document quality.
• To fetch out the engineering design KPI reports and to circulate it within the team.
• Developed and implemented a documentation and communication control system (hardware and software (EDMS)), which meets both the Customer requirements and the relevant Quality policies for document preparation, verification and approval.
• At Present working in COWI India Pvt ltd from April 2023 to till date. Our major client is OTG (Ontario Transit Group) & Riverlinx. OTG is an international consulting group, specializing in engineering & environmental science, with headquarters located in Lyngby, Denmark. The tool that is used here is Dalux, the EDMS varies as per the requirement of clients. The project consists of the documentation involved in the metro line of 15 kms span between the 2 stations King-Bathurst Station and Queen-Spadina Station in North America (Canada). Software we are using are Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Visio etc. 

• Riverlinx is a major giant in the tunnel projects from UK. Currently we are working for the silver town tunnel project which consists of a 1.4km twin-bore road tunnel, all the engineering documents and vendor documents comes to us (COWI) the documents also consist of Memos, RFI’s (Request for Information), NCR (Non-Compliance Report) DRF (Design Request Form), Transmittals etc.

• Worked in Prodair Air products India Pvt ltd from June 2022 to 31st March 2023. Our major clients were shell, IOCL, INOX, World Energy etc. It owns and operates world-scale industrial gas complex that supplies hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and steam to BPCL’s Kochi Refinery. The tool we are using here is Open Text and Aconex for document and data management. Softwares used here are, MS word, Ms Excel, Outlook etc.

• Worked in Larsen & Toubro Technology Services from February 2011 to 24th June 2022. Our major clients were Shell & Chevron, P&G etc. Have experience in information management (IM) for oil & Gas sector including Engineering Data and Document Management, Database Management, Engineering Document As-built, VBA Programming, Engineering Information Control via EDW/EDMS (SharePoint).

• Well versed with implementation of data and document control systems, processes, procedures in Information Management spectrum in WEP (World Energy Project) as an acting DC Lead. Worked on Open Text, Aconex and has also worked on Assai cloud, assai 8.4 and 9.2 version, Livelink, SharePoint, Dalux.

B.Tech in Mechanical engineering from Swami Vivekananda University.

Diploma in mechanical engineering from Sigma Institute of technology and engineering.
