• Manpower recruitment & arrangement as per requirements.
• Provide training to new joined like biometric enrolment, timing of shifts, policies of company, 5s training, SOPs training, personal hygiene, team work.
• Supervise daily attendance & OT reports, leave management of 400 employees.
• Handle all benefits & scheme of EPF like EPF KYC/transfer/withdrawal/add nominee.
