Having experience in drafting Board’s Report, sending communication regarding company’s AGM to shareholders and Directors. Drafting of Notices, Agenda, Minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings, Preparing and maintaining the Statutory Registers of the company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Appointment/ Reappointment of Statutory Auditors of the company etc.
