• Reduced costs in hiring by using portals, designing and implementing the Employee Referral scheme.

• Conducted a workshop with my manager on the Results Management System and ensured it's smooth Implementation. This Roll-out, "a first" at ORACLE ensured a change from the old system to the new hence communication across teams and levels of leadership was critical and successfully completed by HR.

• I took particularly keen interest when the CMM level 5 recognition was accorded to IDC bangalore with HR receiving '0' NCs was an auditor for the Hyd unit.
